As you know the first 30-50hp are the cheapest, and from then every hp more
costs quiet a lot, here are some prices for your car:
- high-pressure-camshaft modification (we reprofile your stock camshaft for
better valve lift and for higher pressure of the PD-Elements). This gives a
complete stock car about +7hp and + 20Nm (in the middle revs), if this car is
already chipped this will bring about 10-12hp and near 30Nm more (depending
on the software). But with special programming its possible to get out
22-25hp more and +40Nm PLUS the regular power of an chiptuning. These is the
cheapest way to get about 180-200hp out of your engine (depending on how many
wear you want on the turbocharger). This costs 250.--Euro
- Then we cann offer you an turbo-upgrade (bigger turbocharger, both oil-lines
and a flange which you have to weld to your downpipe) for 1350.--Euro. With
this upgrade (and the camshaft from above) its possible to get out 210-220hp
without bigger wearing of the charger as in stock, but you need to install a
bigger head gasket!
- Starting from that you can install bigger PD-Elements which will cost about
1800 Euro and result in 250hp and 480Nm torque (but you need the parts from
above)
- Or if you want the 280hp and 505Nm you need the bigger PD-Elements, an even
bigger turbocharger (for 2000.--Euro the kit with oillines and a new flange)
and an bigger Intercooler (currently sold out). This kit will have 280hp at
4200 rpm and 505Nm from 2700rpm to 3800rpm, on 4600 rpm you still have 380Nm.
For power-rates over 210hp and 420Nm we recomment to reinforce the engine
(other bearing shells and other connecting rods. The set of 4 forged rods
cost 1200 Euro including the bearing shells of the rods, the other bearing
shells for the crankshaft and the CAMSHAFT cost 180 Euro)
Isto tá em ingles, mas penso que percebem...
